If all of the appointment slots have been taken and if it is an emergency, or you feel that you are unable to wait to be seen and your problem is urgent, please make it clear that you have an urgent problem as an appointment at short notice can be arranged by the doctor. The receptionist will take your telephone number and request brief details of your complaint, and a doctor will call you back to discuss your urgent problem. Following this, the doctor will be able to offer you advice, prescribe suitable medication or offer you an emergency appointment.

Please note that you can always book a routine appointment in advance. Routine appointment slots can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance.
